1. Introduction

Welcome to the online course Build Your Travel Biz. These Terms and Conditions govern your enrollment and participation in the course and outline your rights and responsibilities as a participant. By enrolling in this course, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.


2. Course Description

This 12-week online program is designed to equip aspiring and current travel business owners with the tools, knowledge, and strategies needed to launch and grow a successful, niche-focused travel business. The course includes expert-led lessons, live coaching, downloadable resources, and practical implementation strategies.


3. Enrollment

  • Eligibility: Enrollment is open to individuals interested in starting or growing their own travel business.

  • Registration Process: To enroll, participants must complete the registration form and submit payment via the Kajabi platform. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment.

  • Access to Course Materials: Once enrolled, participants will receive access to all course materials, live call links, and the private course community.


4. Course Structure and Schedule

  • Duration: The course runs for 12 weeks and includes 10 live core sessions, 1 bonus session with a tax expert, and a final wrap-up session.

  • Content Delivery: Materials include pre-recorded video lessons, weekly live group coaching, guest expert sessions, and downloadable templates and assignments.

  • Community Support: A private course community will be available for questions, support, and collaboration with fellow participants.


5. Results Guarantee Policy

We are committed to helping you get results. If you complete the entire course, implement the strategies, and do not see measurable progress in your business, you're eligible to request a results-based review.

  • Eligibility for Consideration:
    Participants must complete all modules, attend (or watch replays of) all live sessions, and demonstrate genuine implementation of the tools and strategies taught throughout the course.

  • Timeline:
    Requests for consideration must be submitted within 60 days of course completion.

  • Documentation Required:
    Submissions must include:

    • Completed worksheets or course assignments

    • Examples of systems, content, or vendor relationships implemented

    • A summary of business outcomes (e.g. inquiries, bookings, client engagement)

  • Review Process:
    Submissions will be reviewed within 14 business days. If it's determined that the course content was completed and applied in good faith but reasonable progress was not achieved, next steps will be discussed directly with the participant.

  • Note:
    This policy applies only to participants who fully engage with the course and take consistent, documented action. It does not apply to those who do not complete the content or fail to demonstrate implementation.


6. Intellectual Property

All course content—including videos, worksheets, templates, and downloadable resources—is the intellectual property of the course creator. Materials may not be copied, shared, republished, or redistributed for personal or commercial use without prior written consent.


7. Limitation of Liability

The course creator is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use course materials. All business decisions and actions are the sole responsibility of the participant.


8. Participant Responsibilities

By enrolling, participants agree to:

  • Engage actively with course content and live sessions

  • Treat all members of the course community with respect

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information during enrollment

  • Refrain from distributing course content to non-participants


9. Modification of Terms

The course creator reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of significant changes via email or through the course platform.


10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles.


11. Disputes

In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the course, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication. If resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be subject to mediation or binding arbitration in the state of South Carolina. Each party will bear its own legal fees unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.
